Norwich News and Form
The Canaries are now winless in six after taking a 2-0 loss at Brighton last weekend. It’s become a massive struggle for them this season. It is only one point that Norwich have taken from their last six league games, failing to score in four of those fixtures. The home record of Norwich this season is W2 D0 L3 so they at least have had a couple of very bright moments on home soil.
Norwich have shipped at least 2 goals in all but one of their last 9 league games. All five of their home games have made it over 3.5 goals and part of the reason for that is because Norwich have conceded at an average of 2.8 goals per game at Carrow Road. They have yet to bank a clean sheet at home.
Their defence is a massive Achilles Heel for them. Norwich have the second-worst defensive record in the top flight, behind on Southampton. With back to back defeats at Carrow Road in which they have conceded a total of eight goals, if they can’t win games like this on home soil, relegation should become almost a certainty. Norwich have scored at least two goals in 7 of their last 8 games against Watford in all competitions.
Norwich vs Watford Head to Head
Norwich and Watford are meeting for the first time since the 2015/16 season
The Canaries have won three of the last four league meetings (L1)
The two traded home wins in the 2015/16 EPL season
Six of the last seven meetings have gone over 2.5 goals
Watford have won just one of the last six meetings in all competitions (D1 L4)
Watford News and Form
The Hornets are still missing that first win of the season. Out on the road, they have taken a D2 L3 record so far this season. They got themselves a very good point in a 1-1 draw at Tottenham in their last road game. If they were to come up with the three points it would move them off the bottom with a one-point advantage being held over Norwich.
Heading into the weekend Watford are six points away from safety so have a tremendous amount of work to do to get safe. The lack of goals has been a major problem for the Hornets this season. They have scored just six league goals from their eleven games played this season. Away from home, it has been two goals in five games played.
Watford have conceded at an average of 2.6 goals per away game in this campaign with none of their road games going over 2.5 goals. They are yet to take an away clean sheet. Watford have also been losing at half time in three of their five away games. If you stretch their form back to last season as well, Watford are now without a win in fifteen Premier League matches.

Who will win – Norwich vs Watford Predictions
Norwich do have the scoring threat that Watford are lacking. The Hornets are simply trying to hang on in games defensively this season, which they have gotten better at doing. This is a huge chance for Norwich who likes to attack at Carrow Road. Home win.
