Fulham v Tottenham FA Cup, 19th February 2.00pm
A big London derby match up in the FA Cup in what will have been a busy week for the Lilywhites. After losing at Liverpool last weekend in the Premier League, Spurs had to get through a Thursday night, UEFA Europa League fixture ahead of this one. So a busy run of games for them but that won’t prevent them going off as favourites for the fixture against the Cottagers. Fulham haven’t been in bad shape as of late and they took a home win over Premier League side Hull in the last round as well. However, they have failed to win any of their last three at Craven Cottage against the Lilywhites. Fulham are 15/4 for the win, with the draw at 13/5 and Spurs at 3/4 to claim victory.

Fulham v Tottenham FA Cup Betting Tips
Fulham have a tough draw in his one but they are actually going along pretty well at the moment and they could cause the Premier League side some troubles. It is the home form of Fulham which is notable here as they have won their last four on the bounce and they have lost just one of their last eleven games at Craven Cottage in all competitions (W7 D3 L1) so they are in form there. Also they have scored at least two goals in nine of their last eleven on home soil in all options as well. There is life in the Cottagers at the moment and over 2.5 goals at Sky Bet for their game against Spurs will return you a price of 4/6. The home side are likely to lay down a strong challenge for this one and Chris Martin is running at a 9/4 price in the anytime goalscorer market for them.
In the FA Cup this season, Fulham have moved past Cardiff in the third round and then they smashed Hull 4-1 at Craven Cottage in the last round. Fulham conceded in both of those FA Cup matches and a Both teams to score bet at Sky Bet is running ta price of 4/6. So they are doing alright at the moment but their head to head record against Spurs isn’t great. Fulham have won one of their last six against Spurs and they have won just one of their last seven at home against Spurs in all competitions. But that lone win in that sequence was actually in their last FA Cup meeting back in January 2011 when the Cottagers won the tie 4-0. In the correct score market for this one the shortest priced option is a 1-1 draw. A Fulham 2-1 correct score option is out at a price of 14/1. Can they mix it up and take down on the best sides in the country? Tottenham to be fair don’t carry a lot of strength in depth, so if they don’t go with a strong starting eleven, this could be a very evenly matched FA Cup contest.
Interestingly Tottenham have actually one won only three of their last ten away games in the FA Cup and so far Pochettino hasn’t sent out a strong side in a domestic cup tie this season. So that could put them at a little bit of risk and despite their strong challenge in the top four of the Premier League, Tottenham’s haven’t done well out on the road. Spurs have won just two of their last thirteen games away from White Hart Lane in all competitions now and they have failed to score in each of their last two. So there are likely to some nerves jangling around from them in this one and they have taken just the one clean sheet in their last eleven games out on the road. The shock loss against Belgian side Gent in the Europa League on Thursday will raise more question marks about them. Perhaps not convincing enough to have a comfortable afternoon in the capital. Spurs to call on their quality and edge to a 1 goal margin win is an 11/4 shot in this one and in the anytime goalscorer market Harry Kane is a 4/5 option with Son Heung-Min at 5/4.
Who will win – Fulham v Tottenham FA Cup Predictions
This may be a tight game. Fulham are on a four match winning streak at home which includes a win over Hull in the last round of the FA Cup. So the Cottages may well put up a decent scrap in this one. However, the extra quality of Spurs is likely to see them edge through this but it isn’t likely to see them move through by anything more than a one goal margin. Spurs to win by a one goal margin is well worth a punt in this one.
