Chelsea v Hull FA Cup, 16th February 8.00pm
Despite the problems with form that Chelsea have been having recently, they are still in the FA Cup and look as they will be landing a quarter-final berth as well given the favouritism they have been given in this tie by bookmakers. The Blues received a nice draw of a home game against Championship strugglers Hull. The Tigers have shaken off some poor league form to enjoy a positive cup run. Can they claim a major scalp at the Bridge?

Chelsea v Hull FA Cup Betting Tips
With the Premier League out of sight and the EFL Cup having passed them by, Chelsea have every reason to want to throw together a good FA Cup campaign. They have received a favourable draw here with them staying at Stamford Bridge which should make life easier for them. The Blues were comfortable 3-0 home winners over Newcastle in the last round, but back in the third round they took on Championship opposition in the form of Norwich and needed a penalty shoot-out back at Stamford Bridge to get through that trial. Chelsea have had some recent wobbles with their form and they haven’t been in hot winning form at Stamford Bridge at all with the goals having dried up for them, by and large. With that having been said though, they hammered West Brom 3-0 there on Monday night, and they have racked up clean sheets well at home this season. Chelsea to win to nil at Ladbrokes has immediate appeal at 19/20* (Betting Odds taken on February 11th, 2018 at 5:12 p.m.). UP in the correct score market for the game, the shortest-priced option is going to be on a Chelsea 2-0 victory being churned out.
The Blues have form against Hull as well as they are on a six-match winning streak against the Tigers, conceding in just one of those games. So again that backs up a Chelsea to win to nil option. Hull have failed to beat Chelsea since a 1988 success over them in the old Division 2. Chelsea are on a four-match winning streak at Stamford Bridge against the Tigers and each of their last three wins have been by a 2-0 scoreline.
Hull are still having problems near the drop zone in the Championship but got a win on the weekend out at Nottingham Forest to just get themselves out of the bottom three. So far in the FA Cup this season, the Tigers knocked off Blackburn at Ewood Park before taking a home win over Nottingham Forest, both victories by a one-goal margin only. Hull aren’t blessed with the production of a lot of goals and they have failed to score in four of their last eight games played across all competitions, but have managed to net in three of their last four. At the back, they have just the one clean sheet in their last five played. Their lack of output could make it worth backing under 2.5 goals at Ladbrokes for 17/11* (Betting Odds taken on February 11th, 2018 at 5:12 p.m.). Hull are not really carrying any away form and at no point of the season have they done. They have won only three times away from home this season (one of them at Blackburn in the FA Cup) and overall they are W3 D5 L10 on the road. They have scored in three of their last seven away games only and they may struggle to make a big impression at Stamford Bridge.
Who will win – Chelsea v Hull FA Cup Predictions
Chelsea should get through this one. They did have their struggles against Championship side Norwich earlier in the campaign but probably won’t find the Tigers as stiff opposition as the Canaries were. After their good result against the Baggies earlier in the week, look for a solid home win for Chelsea to nil.
