Ronnie Moore has returned to the helm as Millers manager after getting a raw deal at Tranmere. Although his first full game in charge saw United lose 3-1 at Northampton, they won 3-2 at Crewe last Saturday and Rotherham look as though they can stay the distance in League Two this season. Kevin Ellison played under Moore at Tranmere and has scored twice since the new manager was announced, while Ian Sharps and Danny Harrison have also worked with their gaffer before and will be motivated to show what they can do.
Hereford United are struggling after being relegated from League One last season, especially away from home where they have recorded just two points from five matches. The last time they were on the road saw the Bulls get a 4-1 thrashing at the hands of Rochdale and it‘s hard to see them reversing this form at the Don Valley Stadium.
Best odds for the Rotherham win is 1.61 at Canbet.
